QCan I send my luggage ahead to the hotel?
A We can accept luggage arriving on the same day as your arrival (cash on delivery/no frozen or refrigerated items). Please inform the hotel in advance by writing the date of arrival, the name of the guest, and a telephone number where the guest can be reached on the day of arrival on the delivery slip. We will not be able to accept any luggage without a confirmed reservation. In the case of arrival before the day for the guest's own arrival or the case of large volumes of luggage, we may consult with you about a separate storage fee or refuse to accept the luggage.
QCan I leave my luggage after checking out?
AWe can hold your luggage until the night of the day you check out.
QCan I send my luggage on from your hotel?
ADelivery service labels are available at the front desk.
QWhat time is check-in? Can I get into my room early?
ACheck-in starts from 15:00.If you wish to use your guest room before this time, we will charge 1,500 yen per room per hour (including tax), as long as there is a room available.
QWhat time is check-out? Can I get an extension?
ACheck-out is by 11:00.If you wish to use your guest room after this time, we will charge 1,500 yen per room per hour (including tax). Note that if you use the room past 2 PM, we will charge you for a full night's stay for that date (subject to room availability).
QI left something in my room. What should I do?
AWe will keep any personal items found in the rooms for 2 weeks from your check-out date. Please contact the hotel in person.Food and beverages will be stored for two days and then discarded. Opened food and beverages and those deemed difficult to store due to sanitary conditions will be discarded immediately.
QCan the air conditioning in the guest rooms be switched between cooling and heating?
AAir conditioning in each room can provide cooling or heating, be individually switched on and off, and the temperature can be also be adjusted. Out of concern for the environment, please refrain from excessive use of air conditioning.
QCan I smoke in my room?
AAll guest rooms are non-smoking (including electric cigarettes). If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking booth on the lobby floor.
QPlease tell me about the storage of valuables.
AThere is a safe in the guest room.
QIs Wi-Fi available?
AWi-Fi is free of charge in all guest rooms and the lobby.

Facilities / Equipment

QIs there a curfew?
A The first floor entrance door is locked between midnight and 6 AM.Please hold your key card over the sensor on the intercom to enter the building.
Guests who do not have a key card can contact the front desk via the intercom.
QAre there vending machines or ice machines?
AThe lobby floor has an ice machine and a vending machine (with alcoholic beverages).
QAre there any convenience stores nearby?
AThe hotel building does not have a convenience store. There is a Daily Yamazaki within a minute's walk from the hotel.
QIs there a laundromat?
ACoin-operated laundry machines are available on the lobby floor. *Washing machine: 300 yen per load, Dryer: 500 yen for 90 minutes (small load), 600 yen for 130 minutes (standard load)

Access / Transportation

QIs it possible to have a pick-up service or a cab called for me?
A We do not provide a pick-up or drop-off service.
We can make taxi reservations on your behalf, but please understand that we may not be able to meet your request.
QIs there parking available?
AThe hotel does not have a parking lot. Please use a coin-operated parking lot in the neighborhood.

QWhat are the rates for young children sharing with parents?
AUp to one preschool child per room may stay for free.
QDo you have loaner baby items?
AWe have a limited number of cribs and they may not be available upon request. Please inquire in advance.
*Some room types may not be able to accommodate a crib.
QCan minors stay at the hotel alone?
AIf a minor (under 18 years of age) is staying alone, a parent or guardian's consent is required in accordance with guidance from the relevant authorities. We will ask you to submit a consent form when you check in. If you do not submit said form then you may be unable to stay at the hotel.

QIs there wheelchair access?
A Universal rooms are available (bathrooms, toilets, etc. are also specially designed).
The entrance and elevator can be used from the street with no steps on the way.
There is also a universal restroom in the lobby which is available for use by all guests.

AA foreign currency exchange machine is available in the lobby.
QDo you accept credit cards?
AWe accept VISA, MASTER, AMEX, DINERS, JCB, UC, and UnionPay.
QCan I use e-money or QR code payment?
AWe do not accept electronic money or QR code-based payments.
QDo you have cancellation fees?
A The following cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Accommodation.
Up until day before stay: 80% of room charge
On the day of stay: 100% of room charge
No notice on the day of stay: 100% of room charge
(Any regulations of the accommodation/travel product that you used to make the reservation will take precedence.)
